Don brings decades of experience in the financial sector to his role as the UBA's board treasurer.
Brandon Boys is the Economic Development Manager for the City of Urbana where he oversees programs advancing business, development and public arts. He has worked on community and economic development initiatives for the last eight years in the public and nonprofit sectors. Boys is the former City Council President of Ashland, WI. He holds a bachelor's in environmental studies from Northland College and a master's in urban planning from the University of Illinois.
Keon Conerly is the Assistant Vice President for the University of Illinois Employees Credit Union. Conerly has held positions that focused on consumer service, market analytics, business development, mergers, system conversions, products launches, and branch expansions. Keon received his MBA at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a BS in Business from Eastern Illinois University. In addition to serving on the UBA Board of Directors, Conerly contributes his time as an Advancement Council Member for the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts at the University of Illinois and as an Innovator for the Filene Research Institute, based in Madison, WI. He also volunteers his time mentoring young professionals in the community and students for the University of Illinois. In his spare time, he loves being outdoors. Keon’s real passion is travel. He has explored the Caribbean, Europe, Africa, South America, and Western Asia.
Josh Laskowski, AKA Josh The Prize Guy is Q96's Morning Show Host. Waking up Champaign-Urbana weekdays from 610 a.m. on 96.1-FM. Josh also acts as Director of Promotions and Marketing for the Stevie Jay Broadcasting cluster of radio stations in Urbana. Josh co-owns Eye CU Photo Booths as well. Josh is very active in the community having served on The UBA Board, UP Center of Champaign County Board and the 40 North Board. Josh is also the co-chair of CU Pride, an annual event that happens each September.
