Downtown Banner Program

Purpose of the Program

The Downtown Banner Program was started by the Urbana Business Association as a way to beautify the downtown area to help publicize the following: community events, art festivals, cultural events, State or National fund drives, University of Illinois athletic teams, Urbana Park District facilities and events, Urbana Unit 116 School District's teams and events, and holidays.
