The businesses and citizens of Urbana, Illinois, invite you to the streets of Downtown Urbana for Champaign County's oldest and largest festival VOTED THE BEST FESTIVAL IN URBANA-CHAMPAIGN, 2002. For over a quarter century the Urbana Sweetcorn Festival has brought thousands of friends, families, entertainers and vendors to Main Street to share in the best that traditional, small town America has to offer.

"Culture Court" An area of the festival solely dedicated to groups, student, and local organizations wanting to share their traditional cuisine, attire, music, and traditions.

2nd Annual Arts Boulevard (Click here Entry Form)The Boulevard showcased our local talent and provided the opportunity for a large variety of people to view and experience the art. Seventeen Artists Participated

Dog Show application attached here. Last year's show had 450 spectators and 35 contestants. Everyone is welcome.

The 8th Annual Motor Muster One of the very best vintage car shows in our region in terms of quality and variety. Features about 90 vehicles; many rare, early antique, full classic, orphan make, muscle & sports cars, and many more. Don't miss it! Kids Area and Activities Fun for all! Pony Rides, Miller's Petting Zoo, Interactive Inflatables, Orpheum the Children's Science Museum activities and more.


Book Market @ the Square Book Fair by the Univeristy of Illinois Library, was from 9am-4pm at Lincoln Square Mall. There was storytelling, children's activities, a book sale plus programs and workshops. Click here for further details.
